This product contains synthesizer presets in MIDI (.mid) format for the Access Virus TI.

These files contain synthesizer patch data, not audio samples, recorded melodies or audio loops. The presets can be loaded into the Access Virus TI. A collection of presets is commonly called a soundbank.

Refund Policy

Because our products are supplied as digital downloads, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind after delivery, except where required by applicable law.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, it is lost only when the relevant legal requirements have been met. These include your prior express consent to begin supplying the digital content, your acknowledgment that you will lose your right of withdrawal once supply begins, and the required confirmation of that consent and acknowledgment.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including your rights if digital content is faulty, not supplied or does not match its description.

You may cancel an order before payment has been processed.

All products are checked before release. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us so we can help investigate and resolve it. Except where required by applicable law, we do not offer refunds for incorrect purchases, failure to meet the stated compatibility requirements or technical problems unrelated to the supplied files.

Before purchasing, please check the product requirements and confirm compatibility with your hardware, software and operating system. We also recommend reviewing your previous orders to avoid purchasing the same library twice.

File Backups and Download Recovery

Please keep a backup of your purchased files on a separate drive or in cloud storage.

If your files are lost because a drive fails, is lost or becomes damaged, we can reissue download links after receiving proof of purchase.

This download recovery service is available for purchases made within the previous two years. We do not offer download recovery for older purchases. This service limitation does not affect your statutory rights.

Demonstration and Project Files

​

Where a product includes demonstration recordings, any copyrighted musical compositions remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Musical MIDI sequences and Steinberg Cubase project files included with a product are provided for educational purposes only. They may not be reused or redistributed without the necessary permission from the relevant rights holders.

These restrictions concern musical sequences and project files, not the synthesizer preset data supplied in this soundbank. Use of the presets is governed by the applicable product license.

Your order confirmation and download information will be sent to the email address associated with your PayPal payment.

Product files are compressed into a single archive using WinRAR. If you have difficulty extracting the files, please contact us for assistance.
